    Each tag receives a unique link, is permanently locked against rewriting, and is tested on iPhone and Android.

AndroidMost NFC-enabled Android phones. NFC must be switched on; some entry-level models do not include it.

Can I change my content after delivery?

Yes. Each tag holds a permanent link to your page, so the content can change while the tag stays the same. Send us your updated details and we apply them at no charge, for as long as you use the tag.

What if my details aren't ready yet?

Select "Add my details after delivery". Each tag ships with a secure setup code. Tap the tag, enter the code and complete your details in a few minutes.

Which phones are supported?

iPhone XS and later, and most Android phones with NFC switched on. No app is required. Older iPhones and some entry-level Android phones cannot read NFC tags.

Are there any monthly fees?

No. You pay once for your tags. Activation, content updates and messages from visitors are all included.

Can someone reprogram my tag?

No. Every tag is permanently locked after programming and cannot be rewritten with a phone. Each page also includes a "Report this page" link, and we can deactivate a tag immediately if needed.

What information do you collect from visitors?

We record anonymous tap counts so you can see what gets used: time, country and phone type. We do not store IP addresses, precise locations or any information that identifies a person.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are programmed, tested and dispatched within 5 working days, by Pudo locker (R65) or courier to your door (R109). You receive a tracking number by email on dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

You may cancel within 7 days of delivery and return unused products for a full refund. Faulty products are covered for 6 months. See our returns and refunds policy.

Will a review tag increase my ratings?

It makes leaving a review quicker and easier. It does not filter out unhappy customers or offer incentives for reviews, as both breach Google's policies and can lead to reviews being removed.
